Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participation with wide range Surveillance (CCTV, DVR, IPC, NVR, Server, Network
∎ Device) product knowledge to lead the sales team.
∎ Supports the salesforce and leads the technical aspect of the selling process
∎ including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and
∎ demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
∎ Works closely with sales representatives along with potential clients that support
∎ direct/corporate/project sales.
∎ Provides overall leadership on initiatives and projects.
∎ Makes decisions for team in support of set target.
∎ Builds trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts, such that they can
∎ leverage their domain and/or business/industry expertise to increase the company’s
∎ credibility and communicate the company value proposition primarily in sales
∎ situations that advance the sales of software.
∎ Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical
∎ requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
∎ Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own products and
∎ competitor strengths and weaknesses.
∎ Responsibility for ensuring all of the demonstration software is operationally running
∎ with the latest versions of software and with up to date relevant messaging.
∎ Working with the Pre-Sales Manager and the Business Development/Line Manager
∎ to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date and relevant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Preferably with an Engineering background; BSc. In CSE/EEE/.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge of key energy, commodity trading or financial concepts.
∎ For 5 years above industry experienced academic qualification may consider.
∎ Understanding of the Product domain – preferably in Surveillance.
∎ Overall Experience in the IT Industry of 3-5 years.
