Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving production target of sample room.
∎ Conducting pre-technical meeting before starting a new style.
∎ Conducting morning meeting with sample team.
∎ Ensuring all materials OK before Sample stitching.
∎ Supporting and advising sample makers and supervisors regarding any critical points.
∎ Advising operators and supervisors regarding implementing buyer's comments on
∎ Sampling.
∎ Monitoring Kanban board on regular basis and maintaining Process & Check List.
∎ Maintaining discipline and good relationship with all the departments in the
∎ organization.
∎ Monitoring pattern issue and taking initiatives to solve it.
∎ Highlighting the technical issues that may effects on sample & production and
∎ informing the relevant team.
∎ Helping the sewing section by giving technical solutions to run production smoothly.
∎ Monitoring sample floor's administrative activities.
∎ Monitoring the management system and coordinating for line setup during new style.
∎ Analyzing and finding the easy way out to improve SMV.
∎ Training sample operators and supervisors for their personal development.
∎ Participating PP meeting before starting bulk.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the LM.
∎ Achieving departmental objectives.
∎ Attending inhouse training for self-development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in CAD Technology, Lectra & Optitex software.
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
