∎ Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Mens and Womens.
∎ We are looking for sales and growth hungry detail oriented individuals who will be driving force behind the growth and expansion of our retail brands of Texmart, Occult and Rave (Footwear).There will be first career growth with us, if you can fulfill the given business objective successfully.
∎ Regularly identify customer needs and trends and recommend gap product lines fulfilling by conducting market research and analysis.Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store and impact overall business by visual merchandising strategy.Direct and supervise retail staff across designated retail outlets to ensure they meet sales target and customer service objectives.Actively recruit and build a strong sales team in the retail shop level.Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.Ensure compliance at all levels in the retail experience with company policies and procedures.Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.Ensure visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.Carry out weekly inventory analysis for each store and generate delivery, replenishment and transfer order of various styles to ensure proper inventory levels in all retail outlets.Ensure the right stock and styles are delivered to the retail outlets on time by coordinating with the distribution center staff and other team member.Develop and implement standard operating procedure to minimize costs of retail operation and minimize inventory loss.Carry out various checks and audits on a regular basis to check and stop pilferage and irregular illegal activities.Handle and effectively solve all various day to day retail shop operation matters to ensure smoothoperation.Develop and implement various sales promotion and marketing campaigns to achieve seasonal and annual sales target.Identify locations for new outlet, negotiate rent and propose agreement for signing in the area
