Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali, Good writing skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving or exceeding zonal sales target.
∎ Maintaining solid working relationships with dealers by ensuring that their needs are meet and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned area.
∎ Close monitoring sales volume of assigned dealer to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability.
∎ Monitoring competitors sales activity withing an assigned territory areas.
∎ Maintaining a partnership with the target number of suppliers and Retailers in the assigned Zone.
∎ Maintaining positive customer relations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to be good in presentation skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Daily DA will be given.
