Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find out potential clients, evaluate, visit & create the sales field and extend personalized service to them.
∎ Establish & maintain good liaison & key relationships with clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase sales.
∎ Carrying out competitive sales study, market survey and analyse business activities of competitors in the market.
∎ Study every single feature details of the project & convey it to clients in a very effective manner.
∎ Preparing customized proposals for different clients based on client needs & negotiations performed.
∎ Develop ideas and strategies to meet company objective through achievements.
∎ Communicating with clients, attending and giving presentations to walk-in clients, maintaining clients’ data and update report.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of projects.
∎ Making every effort to maximize both immediate and long term sales.
∎ Capture customers’ insights and escalate critical issues/complaints to respective concerns and provide timely feedback and support to the Management in related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 3-5 years working experience in reputed Real Estate Company.
