Skills Required: Fisheries sector
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fisheries, or related field.2–4 years of experience in fisheries, agro-based sales, or FMCG sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of fish farming, supply chain, and wholesale market operations.
Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with fish farmers and suppliers.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share in the fish trading business.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain product quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, suppliers, and customers to secure a steady supply and sales network.
Communicate directly with fish farmers, encouraging them to sell their fish through our arot (wholesale market).
Monitor product quality, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely procurement and distribution.
Conduct market research, analyze trends in the fish industry, and prepare regular sales and market performance reports.
