Responsibilities & Context:
Implement company and regional GTM strategies.
Support route-to-market model deployment (RDP)
Design coverage structure and service frequency plans.
Identify white spaces and new coverage opportunities through outlet mapping.
Expand numeric distribution and ensure product availability across channels.
Execute channel-backed growth programs (wholesale, pharmacy, cosmetics, Hardware).
Facilitate alignment between distributor and RDP partners.
Maintain geo-tagged outlet master database.
Coordinate distributor and SR deployment based on outlet potential.
Track beat coverage, PJP adherence, and drop size.
Analyze sales trends, numeric distribution, and beat productivity.
