∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Production planning, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with factory's production people and management to ensure on time completion of production to meet the production/shipment deadline.
∎ Follow up the production process and recommend to improve productivity.
∎ Resolve technical bottlenecks for smooth production flow and to achieve right quality though separate quality team is there.
∎ Co ordination with quality dept. to ensure quality of the product.
∎ To make a central production plan.
∎ Maintain co-ordination between all section.
∎ Giving solution instantly to prevent any deviation of production.
∎ Mitigate plan gap taking serious action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in production of knit & woven garments for all gender- Men, Ladies, Boys, Girls.
∎ The applicants should be skilled in computer operating specially preparing Excel sheet.
∎ Sound knowledge on production process & quality management skills
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Should have sound technical and analytical knowledge

Salary: Negotiable
