• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in industrial Eng. & Production

• Master of Science (MSc) in industrial Eng. & Production

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Job Experience at least 6 years.

• Prepare production plans based on confirmed orders, delivery dates, and capacity
• Develop knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing plans in coordination with respective departments
• Analyze order feasibility considering SMV, machine capacity, manpower, and line efficiency
• Prepare T&A (Time & Action) plans and ensure on-time execution of each process
• Coordinate with Merchandising to align order priorities and shipment schedules
• Monitor plan vs. actual production daily and take corrective actions for deviations
• Ensure yarn, fabric, accessories, and trims availability as per production schedule
• Coordinate with procurement and stores to avoid material shortages or excess inventory
• Balance line loading to optimize capacity and reduce overtime and idle time
• Track WIP (Work in Process) at all stages and ensure smooth production flow
• Support shipment planning to meet buyer delivery commitments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Use ERP / production planning tools to update and control planning data
• Identify production bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and buyer requirements
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
