• Job Experience at least 8 years.

• Industry: 100% Knit Garments Factory
• Receive and analyze buyer inquiries, tech packs, and order details
• Prepare costing and price negotiation with buyers
• Develop Time & Action (T&A) plan and ensure on-time execution
• Coordinate with sampling, production, planning, and QA teams
• Follow up sample development (fit, size set, PP, and shipment samples)
• Ensure timely approval of fabrics, trims, accessories, and lab dips
• Monitor material sourcing and availability (yarn, fabric, trims)
• Confirm order quantities, delivery schedules, and packing requirements
• Communicate daily with buyers regarding order status and approvals
• Track production progress and resolve issues to avoid delays
• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and specifications
• Coordinate pre-production (PP) meetings and follow-up actions
• Monitor WIP and critical path activities
• Ensure correct documentation (order sheet, BOM, packing list)
• Support shipment planning and handover to commercial/shipping team
• Handle buyer audits, inspections, and final approvals
• Manage order closure and post-shipment follow-up
