∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure JD & SMART KPI for all employees.
∎ Ensure Implementation, automation, and regular monitoring of the Performance Management system.
∎ Ensure yearly/Quarterly performance appraisal as per the calendar.
∎ Assist in identifying critical employees, succession planning, or any other people development activities as per organizational requirements.
∎ Ensure TNA for all employees.
∎ Arrange training, workshops as per the training calendar.
∎ Submit relevant reports as per reporting cycle.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be exposed to a structured organizational culture.
∎ Advanced level knowledge in MS office (especially Ms excel and PowerPoint).
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of performance management, training.
∎ Good analytical skills.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bangla (both writing and speaking).
