At most 2-4 years working experience in Onsite any Startup/Ecommerce/marketing agency.
Experience in Onsite and Traffic ops part.
Experience in Startup/e-commerce will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Implement marketing activities and campaigns at assigned locations as per the business team’s strategy.
Interact with customers to provide product/service information and promote offerings.
Collect customer feedback and insights during onsite activities to enhance campaigns.
Track and report onsite campaign performance and key metrics to the central marketing team.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.
Analyze consumer trends and behaviors with the website and search report.
New user acquisition plan/increase of selling and sustainably optimizing every step of the funnel to drive business core focus, which can build a constant growing business.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company guidelines during all onsite activities.
Act as the face of the brand, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
