• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Market Research Firms, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup

• Age 26 to 35 years

• At most 2-4 years working experience in Onsite any Startup/Ecommerce/marketing agency.

• Experience in Onsite and Traffic ops part.

• Experience in Startup/e-commerce will be considered an advantage.

• Implement marketing activities and campaigns at assigned locations as per the business team’s strategy.

• Interact with customers to provide product/service information and promote offerings.

• Collect customer feedback and insights during onsite activities to enhance campaigns.

• Track and report onsite campaign performance and key metrics to the central marketing team.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.

• Analyze consumer trends and behaviors with the website and search report.

• New user acquisition plan/increase of selling and sustainably optimizing every step of the funnel to drive business core focus, which can build a constant growing business.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company guidelines during all onsite activities.

• Act as the face of the brand, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
