∎ Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Software Engineering.
∎ Educational background is flexible for a highly skilled person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ App development and maintenance.
∎ Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
∎ Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code.
∎ Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
∎ Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
∎ Design interfaces to improve user experience.
∎ Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features.
∎ Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
∎ Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
∎ Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development quality and efficiency.
∎ User-centered design thinking, quality, and Agile development practices
∎ Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.
∎ Develop and integrate both in-house and third-party APIs with different applications.
∎ Design prototype applications, provide the unit structure, and help the application development team in the plans.
∎ Develop and generate various reports.
∎ Integrate and maintain multiple software environments and portal development.
∎ Partner with top management and recommend quality technological solutions, which are able to enhance performance and revenue targets.
∎ Meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, and work on multiple projects in parallel Software development.
∎ By maintaining and ensuring due observance of GLIL Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by HoD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills and techno-functional skills
∎ Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Good leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team
∎ A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
∎ The ability of new technology adaptation & implementation
∎ Native Android & IOS application development
∎ Have a good understanding of JAVA, KOTLIN, SWIFT
∎ Rest API Implementation
∎ Working experience with SDK & Payment gateway
∎ Knowledge of AI / RPA System
