Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, handle documentation and maintain a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Handle phone calls, emails and visitor coordination

  • Maintain files, records and office documents (physical & digital)

  • Prepare reports, letters and presentations as required

  • Handle day-to-day banking procedures

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules

  • Support HR activities, such as attendance, leave records and onboarding

  • Manage office suppliers and vendor coordination

  • Assist accounts team with invoices, bills and basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety and discipline
