Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, handle documentation and maintain a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle phone calls, emails and visitor coordination
Maintain files, records and office documents (physical & digital)
Prepare reports, letters and presentations as required
Handle day-to-day banking procedures
Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules
Support HR activities, such as attendance, leave records and onboarding
Manage office suppliers and vendor coordination
Assist accounts team with invoices, bills and basic bookkeeping tasks
Ensure office cleanliness, safety and discipline
