We are looking for an Android Developer who can build stable, fast, and modern Android applications from scratch. You will be responsible for creating a smooth mobile experience, writing clean and scalable code, and working closely with backend, frontend, and UI/UX teams.

This role is for someone who understands real-world mobile usage, performance, and reliability — not just writing code, but building something people actually use daily.

📱 Build High-Quality Android Apps

• Develop native Android applications using modern Android tools

• Build clean, user-friendly screens based on UI/UX designs

• Ensure the app works smoothly across different Android devices

⚙️ App Performance & Stability

• Focus on app speed, memory usage, and battery efficiency

• Debug crashes, ANRs, and performance issues

• Make sure the app runs smoothly even on mid-range devices

🔗 API & Backend Integration

• Integrate backend APIs securely and efficiently

• Handle data syncing, loading states, and error handling

• Work closely with backend engineers to align app behavior

🧩 App Architecture & Code Quality

• Follow clean architecture principles

• Write readable, maintainable, and reusable code

• Refactor code when needed to improve quality and scalability

🤖 Use of AI & Modern Tools

• Use AI tools to improve productivity (code generation, debugging, design)

• Write effective prompts and validate AI output carefully

• Know when to trust AI and when to rely on engineering judgment

🎨 UI & UX Implementation

• Convert UI/UX designs into real Android screens

• Ensure consistent design, animations, and interactions

• Improve user experience through smooth navigation

🔐 Security & Best Practices

• Handle authentication flows securely

• Follow Android security best practices

• Protect user data and sensitive information

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, and DevOps teams

• Participate in planning, reviews, and testing cycles

• Share ideas to improve app quality and user experience

🔄 Testing & Release Support

• Test features thoroughly before release

• Assist in preparing builds for internal testing and production

• Help monitor issues after release and provide fixes
