Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are country leading reputed group of Companies. It has Eighteen sister of concerns having proven record of business experience in country & abroad for four decades looking Executive, IT for this Organization. The Executive , IT should be manage the organization’s Surveillance of all CCTV Camera. The ideal candidate must have expertise in troubleshooting, software installation, ERP maintenance, and digital media management.

We believe in Users satisfaction, Priority in social responsibility, To reach in hub of the farmers as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and provide user support for IT equipment.

• Manage configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.

• Collaborate with the Group IT team on infrastructure development projects.

• Handle service requests, equipment replacement, warranty claims, and asset management.

• Maintain IT inventory records and coordinate timely delivery of equipment.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

• Regularly back up data and maintain IT security measures.

• Monitor and maintain CCTV, printers, and other office IT equipment.

• Support ERP/Database/Office applications and coordinate with vendors when required.

• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and provide regular reports.

• Prepare IT reports, documentation, and performance logs for management.
