• Diploma in Computer in Computer Science
• Diploma in Computer in Computer Applications
• Diploma in Computer in Computing & Information System

• At least 2 years

• Strong knowledge of IT equipment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of IT asset management, inventory tracking, and warranty processes.

• Experience in biometric attendance systems and software handling will be an added advantage.

• Honest, hardworking, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

The Executive , IT should be manage the organization’s Surveillance of all CCTV Camera. The ideal candidate must have expertise in troubleshooting, software installation, ERP maintenance, and digital media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and provide user support for IT equipment.

• Manage configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.

• Collaborate with the Group IT team on infrastructure development projects.

• Handle service requests, equipment replacement, warranty claims, and asset management.

• Maintain IT inventory records and coordinate timely delivery of equipment.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

• Regularly back up data and maintain IT security measures.

• Monitor and maintain CCTV, printers, and other office IT equipment.

• Support ERP/Database/Office applications and coordinate with vendors when required.

• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and provide regular reports.

• Prepare IT reports, documentation, and performance logs for management.
