Responsibilities & Context:
Review and understand requirements, user stories, and design documents.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications against defined requirements.
Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and report bugs with clear steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence (screenshots/videos).
Verify fixes and conduct regression testing.
Validate end-to-end workflows, edge cases, data accuracy, and error handling.
Ensure UI/UX behavior matches approved designs and brand guidelines.
Test across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes as required.
Prepare and submit clear QA reports to developers.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify issues and improve product quality.
