Responsibilities & Context:
Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain the Mikrotik, Cisco Switch, OLT, and Including LAN Part.
ISP Service Maintenance: Manage critical ISP-related services including Radius, Web Servers.
Monitoring & Optimization: utilize monitoring tools to identify performance issues and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Support: Provide technical support for complex system issues and collaborate with the Network Engineering team.
