Follow up with customers regarding ongoing service requests

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Handle Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries
Create and manage social media posts and promotions
Communicate with customers and convert leads into sales
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintain professional communication with clients
