Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Fashion Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for new collections, seasonal launches, and promotions
Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads focused on product sales and lead generation
Coordinate campaign activities with sales targets, Eid campaigns, festivals, and flash sales
Monitor trends in the fashion & apparel industry and apply them to campaigns
Fashion Content Development
Create engaging content ideas for product launches, lookbooks, reels, stories, and fashion posts
Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and ad copies that reflect brand identity
Ensure consistent brand tone, style, and storytelling across all content
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with collections and marketing plans
Collaborate with photographers, models, designers, and video editors
E-commerce & Website Support
Upload and update product content (descriptions, pricing, images) on the website
Support conversion-focused content for product pages
Assist with basic SEO for fashion products and categories
Track website traffic, product performance, and customer behavior
Customer Engagement & Brand Building
Respond to customer inquiries via social media inbox and comments
Support influencer and brand collaboration campaigns
Collect customer feedback and suggest content improvements
