Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from a reputed university. Graduate from Business discipline, public relations will get preference.
∎ English Medium students are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing PR strategies, campaigns, performing regular Live shows, events and activations.
∎ Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material.
∎ Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management.
∎ Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
∎ Prepare and distribute press releases.
∎ Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson.
∎ Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
∎ Address inquiries from the media and other parties.
∎ Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
∎ Prepare and submit PR reports and Manage PR issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by management and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must be smart, presentable, confident and proactive.
∎ The candidate needs to have very good presentation and communication skill.
∎ Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
∎ Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role.
∎ Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
∎ The ideal candidate should have an affinity with the beauty and fragrance environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary:
