Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/MBA in any discipline.
∎ B.Sc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Liaison, Tendering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain liaison with different government departments and its officials, especially BMDA, BADC, DPHE, WASA, BUET, LGED, etc for uPVC pipe related tender work and acquire tender.
∎ Aware about the process of Tender related work.
∎ Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations.
∎ Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
∎ Responsible for tender submission, evaluation and cost estimation, etc.
∎ Preparation of Technical documents or Technical proposal of the Tender.
∎ Project monitoring and supervise the execution of civil work anywhere our project is running.
∎ Collecting tender related information from different website & Newspapers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must-Have Experience in Pipe/Polymer Industry.
∎ Track records of winning contracts and successful conclusion thereof.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated, and well organized, proactive with a sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Must be able to professionally communicate with Principals, negotiate terms and price
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good communication, Drafting, Filing, Documentation, and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office outlook & Internet.
Salary: Negotiable
