Educational Requirements:
∎ Mandatory Science background, with B.Sc Ag preferred. MS in Entomology/Plant Pathology or Agri Chemistry may get an advantage, due to the nature of the work
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct reporting to the Management.
∎ You will be leading the Legal & Regulatory Affairs, reporting to the Directors of the Group
∎ Job location will be in Dhaka, with out-of-city visits as and when required.
∎ Compile registration dossiers and other business documents for submission of new registration.
∎ Follow up with the concerned registration authority for new registration, registration/license renewal, follow ongoing product trials at any legal authorities across the country.
∎ Liaison & follow up with foreign and local product suppliers for necessary documentation and paperworks, including product samples for internal and external trials.
∎ Liaison and follow up with the concerned research institutes (such as BARI, BRRI, BJRI, BTRI, BFRI etc.) for the official field trial of the products.
∎ Follow up and take necessary action on going renewal and registration activities before expiry.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Skilled in MS Word and Excel usage
∎ Good orator in Bangla and patience is required
∎ Command of Bangla and English typing is mandatory
∎ Ability to work individually
Salary: Negotiable
