Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise quality testing activities for denim and dyeing lines
∎ Implement quality audit systems
∎ Review operations and confer with quality, production and other related staff to resolve production or processing problems
∎ Train laboratory personnel to maintain quality standards for the section
∎ Monitor quality standards, examining samples, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality by conducting the following tests:-
∎ pH test
∎ Color fastness to Rubbing
∎ Color fastness to Wash
∎ Color fastness to water
∎ Acid perspiration
∎ Alkali Perspiration
∎ Hand-fell and Texture
∎ Tear strength
∎ Tensile Strength
∎ Seam slippage
∎ Seam Force
∎ Abrasions Resistance
∎ Pilling Resistance
∎ Quality testing of garments and report submission
∎ Informing department head and production for rewash and taking correction action
∎ Commutation with merchandising department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
