∎ Shahriar Steel Mills Ltd. invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of "Sr. Executive - IT ". This position will play an active role in workplace.
∎ Job Location: Head Office & Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company
∎ Setting up accounts for new users
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Testing new technology
∎ Expert in SAP ERP Software.
∎ Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, server, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
∎ Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
∎ Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
∎ Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
∎ Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
∎ Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
∎ Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
∎ Software Installation & Configuration
∎ Maintaining IT Hardware & Network Infrastructure
∎ LAN implementation
∎ Laptop/Desktop maintenance
∎ Troubleshooting computer & mobile issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years (Experience in manufacturing organization is more preferable).
∎ Strong background and experience with IT related task and techniques.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong technical background in network systems.
∎ Knowledgeable of best practices in general IT and end user support.
∎ Prioritize tasks effectively and able to work well under pressure.
∎ Able to explore new ideas and innovation; and, partner with key teams across the organization to deliver effective IT solutions.
∎ Able to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, with reasonably good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
∎ Required Skill Set:
∎ Team Work.
∎ Communication and interpersonal ability.
∎ Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
∎ Methodical approach and problem-solving skills
∎ Computer proficiency: IT Professional, Hardware, Software, Net working
∎ Maintenance & solve issues is SAP ERP software.
