Job Context:
∎ Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF) has been established by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) under the BSEC (Capital Market Stabilization Fund) Rules, 2021. As per the Rule, CMSF acts as a custodian of cash and stocks in favor of the investors as received by transferring unclaimed and undistributed cash or stock dividend, non-refunded public subscription money, and un-allotted rights shares from the issuer of listed securities.
∎ The CMSF is looking for a well-disciplined, smart, energetic, self-motivated, and dynamic "Sr. Executive, IT" with a very good educational background and high standard communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable software solutions
∎ Developing solutions with Relational Database PostgreSQL
∎ Maintaining source code on version control system
∎ Having hands-on experience in DevOps
∎ Having hands-on experience in Cloud Services
∎ Ensure deployment on Linux (Ubuntu/centOS)
∎ Ensure after-deployment maintenance with zero data loss
∎ Restore, recover and test data from the backup system as required.
∎ Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
∎ Create and assist in the preparation of proposals and solutions, presentation and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
∎ Configure knowledge on static and dynamic routing, firewall, wireless router and access points, fiber optic connectivity.
∎ Prior Experience with Cisco and Mikrotik Switch, Routers, wireless access points.
∎ Solid Understanding of DNS, DHCP Web Mail, etc services.
∎ Outlook Configure & Troubleshooting. Computer, Printer & UPS Repair & Maintenance.
∎ Security Camera / IP Camera Setup & maintenance. MicroTik Router Operation, WIFI Setup & Maintenance.
∎ Performs as a member of a team, answering questions, sharing expertise, and contributing to team effectiveness.
∎ Performs project tasks and implements system upgrades.
∎ Discharges any other responsibilities that will be assigned by the management of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
∎ Candidates with good cloud knowledge of AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud, etc. would be preferred.
∎ Certified/Course/Training: CCNA, MTCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, RHCE.
∎ Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the project manager.
∎ Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Preparation of Support FAQ Documentation, and professional quality status reports related to the Support.
∎ Candidates with good cloud knowledge of Mobile Development or Software Quality Testing would be preferred.
∎ Experience in FinTech or Capital Market operation automation is a plus.
