Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the ICT architecture and software development strategy in our organization, ensuring alignment with our business goals and technological advancements.
∎ Design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and reliable software solutions, leveraging advanced expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, and React.js.
∎ Develop and optimize solutions with relational databases, with a strong preference for PostgreSQL.
∎ Architect and maintain RESTful API integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software development.
∎ Oversee deployment strategies, including proficiency in Linux, Docker, and nginx environments. Lead Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes using Git Actions, ensuring streamlined and efficient development cycles.
∎ Ensuring after-deployment maintenance with zero data loss.
∎ Implement and manage comprehensive data backup and recovery systems.
∎ Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, driving project conceptualization to deployment.
∎ Being proactive and engaged in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
∎ Handling existing project with updates as per requirements and maintenance.
∎ Developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the specific Technology stack.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF) has been established by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) under the BSEC (Capital Market Stabilization Fund) Rules, 2021. As per the Rules, CMSF acts as a custodian of cash and stocks in favor of the investors as received by transferring unclaimed and undistributed cash/stock dividend, non-refunded public subscription money and un-allotted rights shares from the issuer of listed securities. Cash/stock deposited in the fund will be paid or settled on due claim by the shareholders or investors at any time. During its operationalization process, the CMSF Management has put Investors’ protection and services at its heart.

∎ The CMSF is seeking an experienced and dynamic “Senior Architect (ICT)” with an excellent educational background and superior communication skills. This role requires extensive experience in leading software development projects and teams. Also, you will be the Software Development Lead.
