Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To know and review the weekly plan and prepare the priority based on the criticality of the styles.
∎ To know about the process difficulties each and every style incoming styles.
∎ To review and develop the style/Item at size set stage to smooth bulk production.
∎ To check the pattern and attachment with floor technician and maintenance before layout.
∎ To discuss with the Production, Quality and RAW department regarding the product quality and efficiency before each style feeding.
∎ To review the first output and recommend for quality and process improvement.
∎ To be responsible for fulfilling the daily production targets based on SMV and work-study method of the styles being develop.
∎ Must have a skill about the all machines & practical knowledge which are suitable for each process.
∎ To be responsible for the smooth new style feeding to reduce process criticality with standard quality.
∎ To ensure the process finalization with the TIE after first output.
∎ To achieve and maintain a good efficiency level and good quality.
∎ To be fully responsible to the IE-AGM/DGM but will administratively reports to IE AM/DM on daily basis.
∎ Any other task as per management decision.
