Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/Compliance will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Must be Skilled in MS office applications, Must have to solve any arising issue of the factory, must have to strong communication skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall factory HR & Sustainability issues.
∎ Work with a team of compliance personnel in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification.
∎ Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
∎ Prepare regular compliance reports and standards.
∎ Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility, ethical trading etc.
∎ To follow up the progress of internal audit.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience of working in the Compliance Department of well known companies.
∎ Progressive knowledge and mentality of HR practices and policies.
∎ Detailed knowledge about social and technical compliance requirements of garments manufacturing units.
∎ Thorough knowledge of laws related to labor, occupational safety and environmental and health codes.
∎ Some idea about other compliance certifications in practice around the world.
∎ To fill out various kinds of compliance forms and documents provided by buyers and other compliance monitoring agencies
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to quickly identify faults and compliance lapses on visual examination of factory premises.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards, BSCI, WRAP & ISO as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Should have practical experience of handling CoC audits of several renowned buyers. (e,.g. HnM, C&A, HIGG Index etc.)
