Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate daily orders, stock status of different product categories and prepare daily fast food or snacks production plan.
∎ Evaluate advance orders, stock availability and place orders for raw materials and/or ingredients as necessary.
∎ Ensure that a specific amount of “safety stock” is maintained for each product category.
∎ Supervise, evaluate and direct the fast-food production floor employees for performing the operations according to specific SOPs with full attention to safety, quality and higher productivity.
∎ Monitor and track waste, rework and machine down time.
∎ Perform production paperwork, receiving, and inventory control procedures with complete accuracy.
∎ Identify, through a proactive approach, potential cost-saving and efficiency gain opportunities to improve overall fast-food operations.
∎ Discuss work goals vs. actual output with team members to motivate and engage team members to assure targets are met.
∎ Understand the concepts of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) on perishable products and ensure successful implementation of FIFO throughout packaging operations of fast-food.
∎ Conduct production yield analysis to determine the efficiency of fast-food operations and take corrective actions where necessary.
∎ Complete and review all Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements and paperwork.
∎ Inspect and confirm that machineries, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for ensuring efficiency and quality of production before the production commences.
∎ Ensure safety devices, where appropriate, are installed and working properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on Product knowledge, HACCP, FSMS, ISO, Quality assurance procedure, Temperature management for product quality, Packaging, Cold cut etc.
