Job Context:

∎ We are looking for a waterproofing service engineer who is able to determine service needs and perform daily operational duties. The waterproofing specialist engineer is responsible for the installation of various waterproofing treatments and assists in waterproofing applications and works.
∎ Employees must be able to interact and communicate well with clients in their homes and businesses. Ideal candidates will understand operational procedures and identify various leakage problems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate client visits & sales.
∎ Factory / Industry visit & sales.
∎ Make a team with the contractor/applicator & supervise them.
∎ Perform visual inspections on projects.
∎ Exercise professional advice to a client when required
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
∎ Plan and modify products to meet customers' needs.
∎ Help in researching and developing new products.
∎ Preparation of contractors' bills and certifying those.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Completion of an approved apprenticeship program that includes both theoretical and practical components of construction will also be considered.
∎ A strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing, and coatings material will be advantageous.
∎ Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
∎ Well-developed customer service skills
∎ Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
∎ A valid driving license will be advantageous.
