Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic idea is required for MSDS, HAZARDS, NON-HARADRS, ZDHC, MRSL, RSL, GHS, ERP, EU FIFO, LIFO PPE, ECR, CTW.GTW, TDS, CIL, CLP, RTM & STD.
∎ Audit experience is required of Risk assessment, evaluation, TARGET BUYER, H&M, C AND A, NEXT, INDITEX, AEO, etc.
∎ Able to face Buyer audit regularly.
∎ Performing store-management in a system-based (AS-400 server) environment
∎ Carrying out inventory management, keeping relevant database and registers
∎ Making plan for the overall store jobs of the factories to ensure that goods are delivered to the factories in line with the production/ delivery requirements
∎ Taking control of incoming/consumed items
∎ Keep constant connection with relevant department to obtain the goods at store well in advance as per priority based on delivery deadline and other requirements
∎ Supplying store items in a manner that ensures that the production and delivery is no way hampered.
∎ Keeping the store accounts in system (database) and relevant logs/ledgers etc.
∎ Proper Housekeeping to maintain the stores safe, well-organized, hygienic and healthy and ensure that the environment and activities are in line with buyers’ requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Computer literate (MS office)
