Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical or Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take responsibility to do all Kinds of store related maintenance (Signboard, Lights, AC, IPS, Sound System, Iron Safe, Interior Work, Civil Work, Electrical Work etc.)
∎ Maintain log book of maintenance complains and should be done with in maximum 15 days.
∎ Maintain excel of purchase order/protocol and all the bills list to maintain warranty claim’s, also hard copy & soft copy in store wise file.
∎ Monthly Store Maintenance bill check and drop to accounts.
∎ Check bills of parties on the basis of actual works done and quality of works.
∎ Establish standard rates of all items of store renovation by taking quotations from different suppliers once every year and take break up of cost.
∎ Ensure proper safety of stores by ensuring, good quality fire proof electrical fittings according to approved electric load.
∎ Maintain the paper’s project wise, district wise (Approved Copy, Soft Copy)
∎ Follow up store renovation works of assigned projects to ensure that materials and workmanship are available according to work order and that works are completed in time.
∎ Furniture statement update after completion of Renovation works.
∎ Sourcing and selection of raw material suppliers, furniture, fixture & fittings suppliers, electrical equipment’s supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expert in Auto-CAD, word, excel.
∎ Experience in Retail Maintenance works will be preferred.
∎ Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure individually and with team.
∎ Able to finish project within timeline.
Salary: Negotiable
