Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing and checking proper receipe preparation, modification and selection of combination for dyes stuff.
∎ Responsible for shade matching by using spectrophotometer run with Data color & color tools software.
∎ Responsible for production planning and providing dyeing program.
∎ Responsible for cost analysis and prepare costing for production.
∎ Responsible for coordinating from sample to bulk delivery.
∎ Responsible for develop and the procedure for dyeing and finishing.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with marketing team for scheduling the priority basis production.
∎ Responsible for preparation of plan for weekly and monthly to inform the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 05-07 years of experience in Knit dyeing business with world-class customers/brands as a Shift In charge.
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally accepted Quality Standard.
∎ A very good familiarity with the compliance requirements of world-famous customers and meeting their requirements.
∎ Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery.
∎ Excellent communication skills. A fair command over English is essential and ability to mix up in a cosmopolitan environment is a must.
∎ Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
∎ Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
