∎ Candidate having job experience on reputed paints company (s): As Sr. Executive / Executive.
∎ 05-10 years(s) should have on experience in reputed company (s).
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
∎ Motor cycle as always having driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
∎ Achieve sales target within specified market
∎ Maintain long term business relationship with best parties, dealer and painters.
∎ Monitor to the parties and their business feature nature, and inform management from time to time.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulation.
∎ Ability to convince party and painter.
∎ 100% prepare daily activities reports and submit them to top management.
∎ Develop & maintain relationships with retailer dealer and painter.
∎ Buildup good relationships with good painters per paint store wise minimum 05 person.
∎ 100% setup a central dealer in your reporting point or sadar market.
