∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ At least BBA Degree in Marketing / International Business / MBA / any other related degree from any reputed public / Private University.
∎ We are looking for young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person for the department of Corporate Sales (B2B) and dealer sales, who will look after Sales related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales targets. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of proven experience on sales and marketing in food, poultry, textile or agro related products.
∎ Maize Advanced Agro Refinery (MAAR) Ltd is a manufacturer and supplier of all maize (corn) related products and derivatives. The factory, situation in Habiganj, is a top of the line production unit that uses the wet milling process. We maintain high level of proficiency and expertise in producing our goods.
∎ The company mainly caters `Maize Starch` to the Food, Textiles, Paper and Pharmaceutical. Our bi-products that include gluten meal, germs and fiber are commonly used in the animal feed industry.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Create B2B Sales Opportunity.
∎ Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through market visits, cold calling and networking.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products (Maize Starch, Germ, CGM, Fiber).
∎ Increase market share by developing new business from existing and new customers.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Recovery of Sales revenue on a timely manner (as per company policy).
∎ Competent Dealer management skills.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Formulate strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Review the development status of new clients and provide required inputs.
∎ To implement efficient and productive objectives to achieve company goals.
∎ To ensure that the clients follow the company standards and policies.
∎ Building excellent rapport with key personnel of customers.
∎ To coordinate with the Head of the management in planning short- and long-term sales plans.
∎ Maximize the trading size of the region by acceptable payment terms and settlements.
∎ Collect extensive information about market demand & supply, local products, business sessions & events, and product delivery systems.
∎ Daily & regular reporting to the management on daily sales & periodical sales activity with performance.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales target & operational budget.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 3-5 years of work experience in related fields.
∎ Have an excellent understanding of Starch on agro commodities / poultry feeds manufacturing.
∎ Have experience with corn starch or Agro industry.
∎ Ability to work independently and should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer skills especially on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email correspondence is required.
∎ Being able to ride a motorcycle will be a plus point.
