Educational Requirements:
∎ At least BSc. Degree in engineering / MSc in Food & Nutrition's / MBA / any other related degree from any reputed public / Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment.
∎ Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
∎ To monitor and supervise sales order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner.
∎ Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring to determine trends and areas of improvement.
∎ Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
∎ Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel.
∎ Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees.
∎ Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product from our subsidiaries.
∎ Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
∎ To implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.
∎ To ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies.
∎ Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication.
∎ To cooperate with the management.
∎ To coordinate with the Head of the management in planning short- and long-term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
∎ To develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve business target.
∎ To evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.
∎ To identify and monitor equipment repair and maintenance works promptly.
∎ To address and monitor operational, technical and mechanical issues in a timely.
∎ Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals.
∎ Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
∎ Work with purchasing team & create purchase orders for purchasing team to place orders.
∎ Maintain security system and access readers.
∎ Coordinate the relationship with local administration as needed.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 10-15 years of work experience in related field.
∎ Have an excellent understanding of Starch on agro commodities / poultry feeds manufacturing.
∎ Have experience with corn starch or Agro industry.
∎ Expert with at least 10-15 years in diverse areas encompassing Operations and Maintenance in plant.
∎ Proven experience in handling raw materials for production.
∎ To maintain the parameter to achieve standard specification.
∎ Good knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms and process operation of plant.
∎ Focused and hardworking professional equipped with thorough knowledge and technical understanding coupled with an analytic bent of mind and confident to take challenging assignments.
