Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fisheries/ Animal Husbandry/Poultry Nutrition from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
animal husbandry, Poultry feed, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain quality of the raw materials & finished goods as per customer's specification.
∎ To design quality plan i.e. design the quality parameters of basic raw materials & generate daily quality and product batch report.
∎ To obtain steps for reducing Non- conformity.
∎ To generate Quality Manual and SOP for smooth and quality production.
∎ To cooperate with product planning and production department in designing the production plan.
∎ To collect information & regularly monitoring of product performance with customer satisfaction.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on quality and testing issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent must have professional experience in poultry, cattle and fish feed mills in quality department.
∎ The potential candidate should have knowledge of various functions of company factory support.
∎ Should have good computer literacy in MS office.
