Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Candidates with Master in Microbiology/ Pathology will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Veterinarian, Animal Breeding, animal husbandry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Dairy, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Ice Cream, Livestock
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection as per Standard meat quality.
∎ Ensure halal slaughtering as per guidelines provided by The Islamic Foundation.
∎ Validation of meat quality system through physical, chemical and microbiological tests.
∎ Monitoring of the whole process flow of every raw, processed and value added products according to SOP to ensure quality and customer requirements.
∎ Meat inspection and certification of the final product.
∎ Pre and post operational cleaning supervision of the entire plant.
∎ Train Bengal meat employee about the quality system and procurement specification.
∎ Effectively monitoring the temperature at Critical Control Points.
∎ Update quality system, innovate ideas and implement the system.
∎ Prepare monthly Quality compliance report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant on computer MS-Office.
∎ Good Interpersonal relationship.
∎ Hard Working and Enthusiastic Attitude.
∎ Willing to work for long time with Bengal Meat team.
