• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Grey Fabric Quality Assurance.

• Hands-on experience in knitting production, yarn quality checking, and fabric inspection.

• Strong knowledge of knitting processes, yarn properties, and grey fabric design.

• Ability to conduct online & offline quality checks and prepare inspection reports.

• Good communication and coordination with production & QA teams.

• Strong decision-making skills for held-up fabric issues.

Job Context:

The Sr. Executive/Executive – Grey Fabric Quality plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of fabric production from yarn to finished grey fabric. This position is designed for a professional who can combine technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership to ensure that every stage of knitting and fabric development meets the highest quality standard.

As a Grey Fabric QA Responsible, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of fabric quality and production excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent quality of grey fabric during both online and offline processes.

• Evaluate and provide clear decisions on held-up fabric quality issues to maintain smooth workflow.

• Follow up on total knitting production to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality benchmarks.

• Check yarn quality during the knitting process to guarantee durability and performance.

• Review and validate grey fabric designs to align with product requirements.

• Inspect and approve the first bulk grey fabric production before mass rollout.

• Lead and supervise the knitting QA section, guiding the team to achieve excellence in quality assurance.
