Experience:

• B.Sc./Diploma in Textile Engineering, Fabric Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age At least 24 years

• 3-4 years of experience in fabric QA/inspection

• Strong knowledge of fabric quality parameters (GSM, shrinkage, shade variation, defects).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

• Skilled in identifying defects, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing corrective action plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records of fabric deliveries to ensure timely receipt and accurate documentation.

• Conduct daily fabric inspections and prepare detailed reports highlighting quality parameters, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Record and update daily help-up reports to monitor operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate daily shade submissions, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and secure approvals to meet production timelines.

• Analyze and report the top three major defects each month, identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures.

• Prepare daily RFD reports to track fabric readiness and ensure alignment with production schedules.
