∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arranging employee induction and onboarding activities of new employees.
∎ Ensure employees with necessary logistics i.e., ID Card/mobile/SIM/Bank Account as soon as joining.
∎ Block/ Transfer the number & stop VAS service as soon as the employee leaves the company.
∎ Formulating Total Rewards (compensation & benefits). Maintaining Employee and Labor Relations and ensuring compliance with Labor Laws.
∎ Payroll and Benefits.
∎ Attendance and leave management.
∎ Necessary letter preparation and handover to employees when required.
∎ Planning the Employee Performance Improvement. Implementing Modern Methods of Performance Appraisal.
∎ Personnel Record Keeping.
∎ Job Enrichments & Job Analysis. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
∎ Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
∎ Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, and human resources.
∎ Communication with the vendor as per requirement.
∎ Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and timely reporting.
