Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate potential leads for lift & escalator sales from various industries
∎ Assess market opportunities and maintain records of lead sources, conversion rates, and follow-up activities
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups
∎ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lift solutions and technical specifications
∎ Implement strategies to convert leads into sales and guide clients through sales
∎ Coordinate project visits, meetings and client interactions to finalize deals to work order
∎ Oversee after-sales activities, including payment schedules and project implementation
∎ Track project progress, including installation, billing, payments and management reports
