Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and generate new project leads from different areas and industries.
Visit project sites regularly to gather accurate project information.
Take precise measurements of elevator shafts, doors, and floors as required.
Create and maintain a detailed project database, and keep it updated at all times.
Support the enquiry generation team in identifying potential opportunities and arranging site measurements.
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on specifications and solutions.
Share complete and accurate enquiry details with the technical or principal team for proper pricing and proposal preparation.
Coordinate after-sales activities, including payment follow-ups, work orders, shipment schedules, and installation plans.
