Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting / Finance from any reputed university with CA (CC).
∎ CA knowledge level qualified will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agriculture, Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure financial and compliance audits of various accounting systems of the Company.
∎ Develops the scope of audits and applies audit techniques to determine means of verification and amount of testing necessary for the Company.
∎ Recording audit results, findings and recommendations in the audit management system.
∎ To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challans, expenditure and purchase bill, Sales bill, conveyance bill, TA/DA, entertainment bill, daily labor bills & vouchers, Salary and Wages Sheets, Credit bills, Petty Cash Statements and miscellaneous bills etc.
∎ Prepare & submit detailed audit report on audit findings with necessary analysis, observations, comparison & recommendations.
∎ Conduct schedule and un-schedule visit of company premises and physical verification of cash & stock report of the store.
∎ To ensure Physical verification of all suppliers/vendors as per organization requirement for major purchases.
∎ Ensure accuracy of audits reports that match audit objectives and ensure all practices comply with company and government rules/regulations.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
∎ Proficiency in ERP is preferable.
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills.
∎ Able to work under Pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
