∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Nursing from a Government institution/ Private nursing institution.
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day functions of medical support at the factory.
∎ Provide necessary treatment and advice to the employees as per Factory doctor's instructions.
∎ Responsibility to initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients and ensuring adequate patient monitoring in the medical department.
∎ Ensures the nursing of the patient and provides the health care within the factory working hour.
∎ Responsible for assisting in the transfer of sick patients to hospital as requested by factory doctor and the safe handover of patient.
∎ Responsible for maintaining excellent infection control standards in the factory .
∎ Keep and maintain daily treatment records of sickness , medicine In-out register and other related issues .
∎ Providing regular pregnancy & child care Follow up and discussing them about their health issues.
∎ Assist to the doctor at the time of first aid and others related training program .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Computer literacy is preferable.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicant should have working experience in Garments/Textile sector .
∎ Fulfilling medical requirements of the workers as per buyers/compliance demand.
∎ Well experienced in working as a Nurse in Hospital with emergency settings.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Hospitals/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Centre.
