Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies for outdoor programs in alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Identify innovative approaches to enhance visibility and reach of outdoor initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Ensure marketing efforts resonate with the interests and needs of the target audience.
∎ Represent the organization at industry events, fostering partnerships and increasing brand presence.
∎ Work with marketing teams to seamlessly integrate outdoor activities into overall marketing plans.
∎ Provide outdoor-specific insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
∎ Build and maintain client relationships to strengthen the organization's marketing position.
∎ Lead and inspire marketing teams dedicated to outdoor programs/events.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, Audit and financial teams to manage budgets, ensuring safety-compliant messaging.
∎ Need Regularly source promotional items to enhance company/stakeholder goodwill, demonstrating strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Department Head / Management.
