Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate from reputed university/institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make UP against import chemical bond.
∎ Able to handle the chemical bond
∎ To update bond register (into bond & ex bond) on due time.
∎ To collect PRC from bank & others certificate for customs audit.
∎ Good knowledge about import, export & UD with regulatory rules.
∎ To make export & import statement for yearly customs audit.
∎ To prepare pass book entry for yearly customs audit.
∎ To handle independently customs bond related commercial work
∎ Able to execute UP for washing plant chemicals.
∎ Handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, general Bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC etc.
∎ To manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
∎ Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial export import, Customs & bond related commercial work, Export/Import through L/C.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame.
∎ Ability to communicate with other department & supplier for smooth operations.
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
