Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Sr. Executive for Costing & Budget Department (For Sweater Industry)
∎ Sinha Knit Ind. Ltd. (Sweater) are concern of the ACME Garments Unit, a renowned garments producer in Bangladesh are looking for suitable candidates for the above mentioned position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Application of costing methods, job costing, variance analysis and producing costing reports.
∎ Ensure pre and post costing.
∎ Ensure calculation of cost of material & expense analysis.
∎ Prepare and monitor annual budget and budget variance, product cost and profitability reports
∎ After completion of shipment actual yarn, accessories, production & others cost analysis with % on factory price of buyer.
∎ Order wise Back to Back expected expenditure focus and PI checking of respected merchandiser & other sections to cost department for evaluation, sign and submit to commercial department.
∎ Prepare difference between standard cost and actual cost analysis against turn over.
∎ Preparation of monthly/ yearly cost budget.
∎ Order wise garments cost analysis and verify the standard consumption with actual consumption from CAD division and evaluated the actual fabric consumption.
∎ Fabric PI prepared for L/C open.
∎ Cost analysis every order for fabric division before issuing PI.
∎ Lab depth/ Shade wise cost & price determine.
∎ Batch and order wise actual dyeing cost computation and variance analysis.
∎ Follow up order wise rate, productivity and performance evaluation.
∎ Preparing yearly standard budget based on production capacity.
∎ Prepare monthly / yearly actual and budgeted expenditure variance.
∎ Prepare monthly production position with cost and performance evaluation each and every section and submit to management.
∎ Prepare order wise production cost and deviation with target and actual production in all product centers, report prepare for performance evaluation to top management.
∎ Every sections cost analysis with % (such as expenditure, salary, wages, utility and others cost).
∎ After completion of shipment actual yarn, knitting, dyeing & finished fabric cost with % on factory price of different type buyers.
∎ Prepare projected cash inflow, cash outflow budget and CAPEX.
∎ Prepare production capacity plan for production cost control.
∎ Prepare SMV based manpower strength for all section, check and follow-up production manpower of all factories.
∎ Provide/ run production rate system based on SMV and verify.
∎ Exercise, control and review of material inventory, wastage and productivity at all levels of operation
∎ Ensure guidance for proper inventory control
∎ To ensure inventory analysis and production process analysis.
∎ Prepare material budget yearly.
∎ Supervision of store requisition, issue and inventory control.
∎ Improve and effective store system and properly supervision all store requirement, requisition, issue and inventory control.
∎ Identifying buyer wise commercial cost analysis.
∎ Ensure buyer wise profitability analysis.
∎ Preparation of monthly operational reports of respective unit
∎ To ensure factory performance analysis
∎ Prepare management information report as per management requirement and performance against target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 5 years work experience in CMA with large Sweater, Woven Garments, Washing & Dyeing industries.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Excel, Word, Power Point & E mailing etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
